The answers you give in the diagnostic are used to produce a written working hypothesis for you. They are not retained by us unless you go on to submit a consult request. If you close the page without submitting the form, your answers are not stored in our records.

To generate the wording, the diagnostic answer content is sent to OpenAI, which processes it on our behalf. Your name, email address, telephone number and any other contact-form details are not sent to OpenAI for that generation.

When you request a complimentary 20-minute Focused Initial Consult, we store your contact details, your desired call window, your diagnostic answers and the resulting snapshot text in a secured database. The purpose is to respond to you and to prepare for the call.

The lawful basis is your consent, given by ticking the consent box, together with our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Website hosting, the database and any configured email provider process data only as required to operate this service and to deliver the notification of your request. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Consult request records are kept only as long as needed for the enquiry and any resulting engagement, and are deleted on request or when no longer required. Diagnostic answers submitted without a consult request are not retained.

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. Only technical storage strictly necessary to run the site is used.

You can request access to the information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, withdraw your consent, or object to how it is used. Email electric80consulting@gmail.com and we will respond as promptly as we can. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
